What this website collects, and what it does not.

actionwell.com is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads no third-party trackers. The site is served through Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes standard connection data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the pages and protect against abuse.

The validation request form

The form on the home page and the pilot page asks for your name, company, role, work email, an approximate producing-well count, and an optional description of what you would like to validate. Nothing else is requested.

• The form does not post to a server. Submitting it opens a message in your own mail client, addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is sent unless you send that message.
• ActionWell uses the details only to respond to you and to scope a validation. They are not sold, shared with third parties, or added to any marketing list.
• Correspondence is kept as ordinary email for as long as the conversation is live, and deleted on request.

Your choices

To ask what ActionWell holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. There is no account, profile, or stored record beyond the email exchange itself.

If the site adds a server-side form, analytics, or any other processing, this notice will be updated first and the date above will change.
